Dr. Sandra Hyshka

Dr. Sandra Hyshka graduated from the University of Ottawa in 1994, and completed her residency in family medicine in 1996. She has worked in Port Perry since 1996. The scope of her practice includes pediatrics, general family medicine, shared prenatal care . She is also involved in emergency medicine and inpatient care through Lakeridge Health Port Perry.

  • Adult Checkup (including Physicals and Wellness Checks) – Ages 18+
  • Drivers Medical Exam (and Form if applicable)
  • Adolescent Checkup (ages 12-18)
  • Infant or Child Checkup (ages 12 and under)
  • Immunizations or Injections
  • Advice/Couselling/Mental Health/Depression and/or Anxiety/Education
  • Pregnancy Checkup (under 28 weeks)

If you feel your symptoms are a medical emergency that need to be dealt with right away then proceed to the emergency room. Examples might include; new chest pain, difficulty breathing, or broken limb.
