At Medical Associates of Port Perry, we are committed to fostering an inclusive, respectful, and accessible environment for our employees, customers, partners, and visitors. Accessibility is a fundamental part of who we are and reflects our core values of respect, equity, and inclusion.
We recognize the importance of removing barriers that may prevent individuals with disabilities from fully participating in our workplace and accessing our products, services, and facilities. In accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), we are dedicated to meeting and exceeding accessibility standards wherever possible.
Our commitment includes identifying, removing, and preventing barriers to accessibility, providing accessible customer service, supporting employees with disabilities throughout their employment journey, and ensuring that accessibility considerations are integrated into our policies, practices, and decision-making processes.
Together, we can build a more accessible future and ensure equal opportunities for all.
