Looking for a New Doctor?

Are you looking for a new doctor?  You are not alone.  There is currently a severe shortage of family physicians in Ontario. Medical Associates is actively recruiting new family physicians to the community.

For those patients in the community, who do not currently have a family physician, we are keeping a waiting list for patients. Patient names will be placed on the list in chronological order and will be called when an opening with a family physician becomes available.  Only those living within our catchment area will be offered a physician at Medical Associates of Port Perry.

Once you have completed our Patient Intake questionnaire, your name will be added to our waiting list. Please only add your name once.  If you would like to confirm your place on the list, please call our office to inquire.
