Dr. Nancy Kazarian
Dr Nancy Kazarian is a family doctor whose practice includes family practice and special interest in Obstetrics/Women’s Health. She joined the Medical Associates of Port Perry in 1999 after having completed medical school followed by family practice residency at the University of Toronto. She is an active teaching preceptor for medical residents and medical students through the University of Toronto, Queen’s University and ROMP.
REFERRALS FOR OBSTETRICAL CARE (PRENATAL CARE AND LABOUR AND DELIVERY), IUD INSERTIONS AND MEDICAL ABORTION ARE ACCEPTED. Family Doctors can refer patients using the eReferral platform by Ocean.
Dr Kazarian has been in practice long enough to have delivered babies of patients she delivered early in her career !
The office schedule varies week to week according to hospital, urgent care, other admin and committee work, and continued education sessions.
We are committed to offering same day/fit in appointments if needed, so please call the office first to book. We also have an on line booking option. Please update all your contact information and check your email in the few days up to your appointment in case there are further instructions such as forms to complete in advance. There is also a charge for missed or cancelled appointments (in person or virtual) without at least 24hrs business day notice (fee is based on type of appointment).
