If you are looking for a family physician, we maintain a patient waitlist for individuals living within our catchment area.

How the Waitlist Works

• Patients are added in chronological order once the online Patient Intake Questionnaire is completed.
• You will be redirected to a confirmation screen once you complete the self-registration intake form and your name has been added to the list.
• Physicians may prioritize certain patients based on medical need.
• Wait times fluctuate depending on physician availability.
• Patients selected for placement will be contacted directly by email or phone with next steps.
