North Durham Family Health Team

The North Durham Family Health Team (NDFHT) is a team of health care professionals collaborating with the physicians of Medical Associates of Port Perry to deliver expanded medical services to Port Perry and our surrounding community.

Formed in 2011, The North Durham Family Health Team ensures that our patients have access to timely, high-quality primary care medical services in our community.  They offer a variety of programs & workshops.
